Drank beer and took kratom after a short tolerance break. Also didn't take nicotine for 3 days so my dopamine is real high now. Had an important meeting and now I'm gonna go home and make noodles with beer sausage, Pepsi zero and nature candy with milk.

Tomorrow I'm gonna get a NEW kratom strain which is probably more potent than anyone I've ever tried before.

Have you tried to reduce your tolerance yet, because I know you struggled with high tolerance? I didn't drink Friday, Saturday, Sunday so that's why I'm able to get good effects from just 4 beers throughout the day.

I'd like to take a longer tolerance break of 1-2 weeks at some point, but it's hard. The temptation is constant. Only when I go broke does it become "easy" because I practically have no choice.
