I have really, really bad anxiety. I literally shake and have shortness of breath, my heart races too and i'm lit non functional. I heard tramadol helps? this shit is ruining my life.

Propranolol for normal day to day situations, lyrica or lyrica+baclofen for nights out(similar to a drunk feeling and it's healthier than alchool)
