Dry skin reoccuring

Hi guys ive had this problem happening for a while now first it lasted a month and it was earlier this year and the second time is now.

So basically my skin is super dry and when i sweat it itches, happens mostly after showers.

I also have itchy hair when i use shampoo followed by hair loss and idk if it has a correlation.

Lmk if you have any idea of what it could be and hopefully im not allergic to showers.

Also important info, the dry skin is on my back or the back of my legs which is where most of the water go when i shower

Yo i did researches and solved it so if anyone else has the same issues its because of hardwater it also happens more frequently if you take a long hot shower since it opens your pores and creat mineral deposit which dries tf out of your skin and when u sweat it itches and can also create soap buildup on hair
