I'm new, can someone explain ltn hltn lltn lmtn that terminology

They're to further split the tiers.

So Lmtn = Low mid tier normie

Hhtn= High high tier normie etc etc

HLTN
MTN - Mid Tier Normie
LMTN
MMTN
HMTN
HTN - High Tier Normie
LHTN
MHTN
HHTN

L - Low, M - Mid, H - High. They are just subdivisions of the basic LTN, MTN, HTN ratings.
