Dumb questions about peds, Accutane and skincare.

Im an insecure fraudcel from Finland (180 cm, 80 kg, muscular/lean, blonde, tan) and Im on Ghk, Mt2 and just started accutane 2 weeks ago. I was on tret but It had minor effects. Im wondering if im fucking up something while using peds and accutane at same time. Also what should I do next...I do my eyebrows, eyelashes, use serum for undereyes, cut agressively, red vaseline for lips etc. Would hopping on reta improve me or just be useless. Give me areas for improvement, jugde me or whatever. Everything helps because im new to this and just dont want to die. Im already on adderal so would reta just starve me completely out? Also looking for tips facial excercises, do they actually work? I have positive canthal tilt but sometimes the outside of my eyelid goes downwards so it looks like neutral, even negative. Also tips for dying my lashes/ eyebrows and making them longer and bushier (in Europe) as a blonde guy. Is it obvious to people around me.
Im in Finance and modeling working around extremely jusgeful people so I really need help.

reta is a pretty good thing to take, but if we're starting to stack accutane, Adderall, and reta etc i'd probably take tudca or some other liver support
