Dutasteride 0.5 vs 1mg

I've been seaching for a source in my country with dutasteride and i've finally found one but he only has 1 mg dutasteride

From my reseach i've found out that the difference in effects is almost the same just with more side effects

So should i just buy from him or find another source?
