Serum testosterone is the one responsible for chad muscle and voice btw

These three studies describe an increase for men with enlarged prostates:

Effect of the dual 5alpha-reductase inhibitor, dutasteride, on serum testosterone and body mass index in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia - PubMed (nih.gov)

Effects of dutasteride on serum free-testosterone and clinical significance of testosterone changes - PubMed (nih.gov)

Marked Suppression of Dihydrotestosterone in Men with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia by Dutasteride, a Dual 5α-Reductase Inhibitor | The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism | Oxford Academic (oup.com)

This next one was a meta analysis of 11 studies and the researchers concluded that DUT increases serum T, not only in men with enlarged prostates, but also men who have low T levels, (showed no significant increase in men with normal to high T levels):
Do 5α-Reductase Inhibitors Raise Circulating Serum Testosterone Levels? A Comprehensive Review and Meta-Analysis to Explaining Paradoxical Results - PubMed (nih.gov)

This next study looks at healthy men aged 18-50. They found no differences in the T and muscle mass of men who took dut and men who didn't
Effect of Testosterone Supplementation With and Without a Dual 5α-Reductase Inhibitor on Fat-Free Mass in Men With Suppressed Testosterone Production: A Randomized Controlled Trial | Cancer Biomarkers | JAMA | JAMA Network

TL;DR:

The lower your T levels, the more DUT will increase your testosterone

If you have normal to high T levels, worst case scenario you get little to no T and best case scenario, you get a significant increase

If you have an enlarged prostate, DUT will increase your T levels significantly

You're blocking conversion of T into DHT, hence less of your T is being lost in that conversion. More will become estrogen and remain as free test.

Test in natty range is pretty much worthless. You need to really be injecting T to actually have noticeable changes from it. Which won't happen to your voice at all, even with tren which is even more androgenic.

That's just not true "natty range" is 250-1100 ng/dl. If you're in the low to mid range, you can see a massive difference like not being able to gain a single pound of muscle to reaching 10-12% body fat on a decent physique. You won't look like a fitness model obviously but at least you can be average.

You should only take roids once you've optimized your T levels naturally to get the most effective benefits.

Also the main point of my post is that dut doesn't negatively effect T like a lot of people believe.

I wouldn't consider 250 ng/dl to be in range. Normal levels (not low T) are not going to do anything IMO. I cruise on pretty low doses like 100 mg/week.
