Dutasteride + DIM for hair

im going to start Dutasteride and i want to take DIM as well for normal estrogen levels (so the DHT thats not actually going to convert to DHT but to estrogen and DIM balance each other)
tips? i've never been on fina/duta before, i ordered Dutaheal which is an indian pharma duta but i've only seen good reviews on them (healing pharma to be more precise is the company)
im going to take duta every other day 0.5 and i think im going to take 400mg DIM everyday, is that a good plan?

i dont want no estrogen at all, we still need estrogen, i just dont want to get gyno or any other sides and i think that dim is enough if you have normal estrogen levels

Stupid grey, dim won't do much, it's the same when people advise saw palmetto instead of fin/dut! If u are worried abt estrogen levels, do a blood test before starting and if it's high u will start a low dose aromatse inhibitor to keep estrogen similar to baseline, not to fucking crush it
