Guys I need help, please read before replying and I'll mark you as solution if you have insight ;(
When I first started TRT my nipples (only the nipples, important) started burning and my face bloated, consulted many places online and they said it was "hormonal fluctuations
", but it was obviously high E2 and I developed a tiny pea sized lump (invisible to everyone) in my right nipple VERY STUPID MISTAKE I KNOW. My E2 at the time was 44. After correcting the protocol I felt amazing for months and my E2 came back at 29pg/mL, no sides at all. During this time I was on Dut 0.5mg 3 times per week, pinning test daily, everything good.
10 days ago I upped the Dutasteride to 1mg daily even doing 2mg a few days, and for the past 3 days my right nipple where the lump is has been hurting a shit ton, but a deep pain in the lump it's weird, and my chest tingles (yes, my chest and not my nipple). It doesn't hurt to the touch, doesn't burn, face is not bloated (in fact I'm dry as shit), and tested E2 on monday and it is 27pg/mL.
Serum DHT decreases very fast, it happens in a few days in the studies, and at those dosages it goes from around 85% serum DHT reduction to around 95%, maybe more.
It doesn't feel like the first time the gyno popped, so the questions are:
Could the LOWER SERUM DHT make the SAME VALUE OF E2 be dangerous now, when it previously was a SAFE ZONE? Since there is less androgenic/estrogenic action at the nipple.
Or is this hormonal fluctuation and will go away by it's own? I've consulted online and people seem to get the chest tingles too, maybe it's a side that resolves on it's own but I don't wanna risk my gyno getting bigger and end up becoming noticeable.
I did get lower libido for 3 days at the start, went away now it's even higher. Got testicle pain for a few days in the middle and it went away. I know most of the sides just go away when the body adapts, but I never see shit about this and I fucked it up hard like a retard the first time around.
