Airport / country varies. But I just returned from Tunisia - one of the cheapest I've seen. I bought 6 cartons (120 packs) for £160 at an average price of £1.33 per pack.
Ive been selling for £8 per packet which is a bargain to family and friends. I've already sold half. My brother is too poor otherwise he would've bought everything already. That's £800 profit. Flights and hotels cost way less than this + I make profit.
Basically I travel for free. I have a heavy smokers in my family. Otherwise it's technically illegal to sell publicly and feds will come after you. It's illegal to get back more than 1 carton via airports but they never check unless you're retarded enough to not walk through 'nothing to declare' on exit from their airport.
