I gotta tell you, I’ve visited the websites of hundreds of plastic surgeons and I’ve never heard of “ear lobe reduction”

I got my earloves removed, but they were legit kinda deformed genetically.

yeah, if your earlobes contribute alot to your ear size, removing them will make your ears alot smaller.

and small ears with a big nose is not normal and wont look right.
