Why this is needed.
I've read wincels, peptide guides all these height maxxing guides but most niggers who can still grow don't have $500 dollars a month for hgh or peptides, or even a credit card. or even a car.

Easy as 1-2-3.

1. Eat a SHIT LOAD of animal and dairy protein.

About 1g per pound of bodyweight. Red meat, eggs, salmon/sardines and milk (especially casein).
TOTAL DAILY PROTEIN IS MOST IMPORTANT
Due to high levels of female hormones such as estrogen progesterone in dairy fat use low fat milk.

Best supplements (that actually increase hgh/igf)
1. Zinc Glycinate
2. Protein
3. Protein Powder
4. Branch Chain Amino Acids (Part of Protein)
4. Animal Protein
5. Not plant Protein
6. Collagen (Glucosamine MSM Hyaluronic Acid)
(Do everything on this list that you can all methods with sources)

2. Sleep before 10pm, 8+ hours no exceptions ever.
Melatonin helps use <1mg if possible. No food especially carbs 3 hours before bed no exceptions.
Get blackout curtains, ear plugs and/or sleep shades if necessary.
NoFap is very good as well. Increases testosterone sensitivity reduces estrogen sensitivity.

3. Sports over exercise.
If you have no social skills no point in your height. Ideally resistant sports such as lifting (not too much muscle repair takes up igf).
SWIMMING is EXTREMELY GOOD FOR HEIGHT AND FRAME (Source I'm 5 inches taller than everyone in my family 19inch biacromials. )
Aim for High intensity interval training swimming. Literally exercises all your muscles at the same time. Great for sleep as well.
Limit cardio, but cardio is better than no exercise.

You screwed thread at first tip already. If you consume meat, let's assume you were fed all carnivore, you won't grow as much as on alkaline diets, meat contains folic acid which melts away bones

I'm lazy to find research, but it's simple, eat alkaline food, and abuse HGH

I think there's still a chance for those who are in their 20s. These two charts show the average age of growth plate closure and you can see that even the tibia and femur have a range from around 18-23 years of age. I think it's nearly impossible for somebody to grow from 5ft2 to 6ft from the age of 20-22, however it might still be possible to gain a couple of inches. Say you're 5ft11 at 20 and you implement some lifestyle changes, you could theoretically gain 1-2 inches from your tibia, iliac crest or your femur. Your Sacrum might even raise the base of your spine by a few cm if that grows larger.
