Im 16 62kg and 175cm for a week straight i've been consuming 80+ protein and doing push ups and bookbag rises will this work?

For me going to the gym and just bulking up worked the best, i didn’t get a lot of results doing only pushups

Also this is a common misconception about steroids, you won't accidentally become Mr Olympia dude, this is my physique around 1 year of ped experience, id say it's hovering around the top end of women going "wow he has a nice body" anything after turns into "ew wtf" also if you have more muscle than that and you're not lean women love it too, that's what they perceive as "dad bod"

Yh bulking is key bro you get a lil bloated but its worth it for me, i also recommend tracking youre calories otherwise you might think you eat enough but be way off you’re actual goal

im not worried about getting bloated summer time isn't here yet and ill go on a cut should i do cardio or no?

Idk i be doing it sometimes things like incline walking or stairmaster is great
