Boys I need help!

What would be easiest way to get 3000 calories a day that would not cause acne?

I had beef with rice and its only 1500kcal... and im feeling full as fuck.

Also can I just switch from Finasteride to dutasteride? Or I should introduce duta and stop taking fin a few weeks later?

Also I will get iphone 13 this weekend so probably gonna get few easy lays too.

OJ 1 litter per day
Butter
Coconut Oil
Fruits (not bananas and berries tho, and only ripe fruits)

If you can digest it, milk + honey / cane sugar

You should try visiting this dude called David Gandy. He gives really good dieting tips for gymcels, helped me out quite a lot.

Stop entirely
Get Calcium : Phosphorus ratio to 1:1 (ideally 2:1) (via eggshell powder everyday, goat or beef milk, cheese from Italy) and you will be immune to balding
Also eat organ meats once a while to get some copper

Rice with butter. Buckwheat with butter. Potatoes with butter and salt (!!).

fuck i might start losing weight by eating 1 big mac menu a day it would be easy af much easier than any diet but my health will decrease hard yes ? if i do it for a month

Butter is like 60% Saturated, 37% Monounsaturated Fatty Acids, 3% PUFA

Also, coconut oil is king but doesn't have the Saturated Fatty Acid Stearic Acid which is very good. Coconut oil has 91% Saturated, 8% Mono and less then 1% PUFA. That's why it's advocated so much in Ray Peat community. Also ideal cooking oil cuz it has no Cholesterol which can Oxidise under heat forming Oxyesterols and Oxidised Cholesterol which is and shit. Though unoxidized Cholesterol isn't bad for you and is required for many biologic processes

PUFA fucks up everything not just metabolism speed. Nothing bad about high metabolism (with adaqeute calories)

Every traditional diet has starch, except Eskimo which literally doesn't have anything growing except kelp and maybe some wild grass or some shit. And they evolved genetically to eat that kind of diet that they eat. So I wouldn't worry about it.
But theoretically, Sugar is the best Carbohydrate.

Its very, very good for replanishing liver Glycogen. So awesome after workout or when waking up, when glycogen (stored glucose) stores are almost empty.

The ideal starch, most digestible and best, is Jasmine Rice cooked for 1.5 hours, adding water each time it all dries out. It's very digestible. Be sure to eat some OJ or fruit with it cuz it will be digested very fast, and OJ has Potassium which can act like Insulin (puts sugar into cells), so that your Insulinogenic response isn't that high.

Jasmine rice has 0 fiber. Alternatively just use potatoes. Or buckwheat every once a week cuz it has shit ton of Magnesium.
