I already hit 3000kcal today. but fuck this is hard. I would also like to eat somewhat healthy. I guess low in pufa diet mogs. but what about carbs while roiding? @ChristianChad

Stop entirely
Get Calcium : Phosphorus ratio to 1:1 (ideally 2:1) (via eggshell powder everyday, goat or beef milk, cheese from Italy) and you will be immune to balding
Also eat organ meats once a while to get some copper
Is it the eggshell powder which has phosphorus?

Boys I need help!

What would be easiest way to get 3000 calories a day that would not cause acne?

I had beef with rice and its only 1500kcal... and im feeling full as fuck.

Also can I just switch from Finasteride to dutasteride? Or I should introduce duta and stop taking fin a few weeks later?

Also I will get iphone 13 this weekend so probably gonna get few easy lays too.

Try eggs cooked on grease and sour cream and mushrooms when you Cook and maybe add some curcumin and ass some Bread and bacon

Thats how i eat
 
Carbs:

Pasta
Jasmine Rice
Bread

Fats:

Eggs
Avocados
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for cooking)

Proteins:

Chicken thighs
Pork Chops
Salmon
Filet Mignon


I eat 1kg of rice, 4 slices of sprouted grain bread, 4 eggs and 400-500g of chicken thighs per day, and I get around 3000 calories and 200g of protein.
