Find the just the right amount of romanticisation, couple that with just sheer bruteforcing the first few days.

Doesn't matter of you only studied for like 5 mins that day and didn't really get anything them, celebrate it and bruteforce the next day etc.

Never do the "I'll get it done when X totally made up milestone or special day"

Never self-victimise yourself saying muh depression muh ADHD bro

Every year when I have to study for my important exams I have a bruteforce method where I do alchocol/drugs and goon 24/7 for a few days to basically completely fry my dopamine receptors. When you overdo with pleasure you basicaly get depresed and it makes your mind numb, but you can legit concentrate super well on the things you need to do after. I got a masters degree in engineering using this method.
