both me and my sister got one in my town when we were kids so i don't think they are too tough to find

how old are you, ideally if you're above a 15ish you should be lookin for bone-borne palate expanders like mse, marpe and or sarpe.

so id look around and email all nearby orthos and oral surgeons and see if any can do either marpe or sarpe.
