Most people know this, but it's insane that they really do have very high set orbitals and no oculoplastic surgeon in Asia is trying to invent a low-risk surgery that lowers the supraorbital ridge and create more depth to the eyes. The major debate against it is that the surgery would be considered racist and require extremely high surgical precision, but at the end of the day the vast majority of Asians would benefit from it.
