Any normie would know this,and I know it does,but would high help at 18? I know it can since the growth plates usually close at 20~ years old or more or less depending on the time of the start but I'm curious what others think

also its completley different for everyone check if ur growth plates are even open in thef rist place

its most likely closed but just get your fucking xrays. If you wanna blast hgh while your growth palates are closed, it will help you build bigger muscles
