Easy way to get in 64 grams of protein and tons of nutrients from the fat. Bonus point if you dont cook the yolks (easy over eggs) and use butter
 
i drink 15 raw eggs a day
 
I just ate 4 huge beef ribs from bbq
 
How do you stay consistent with it tho I did 5 per day for a while but they became repulsive to me

You get a shit ton of nutrients from the yolk fat, whey protein contains tons of tryptophan which is the precursor to serotonin which will cause inflammation... not healthy for long term consumption.. will lead to gut issues and perhaps worse muscular quality than eating eggs. better yet you can blend the eggs in a protien shake, my personal raw egg protien shake recipe
1/2 cup milk
6 eggs
4 tablespoons of honey

even better do 6 egg yolks and remove some of the whites as excess eggs white can be bad as well. Try to source the highest quality eggs possible, to reduce the amount of pufa in the yolks.

Egg yolks are anabolic and it has been said that when consumed in high amounts it is similar to that of a low dose dbol cycle. These claims proven by many natual old school bodybuilders who consume them in in high amounts as well as vince girondas teachings in the 60's. Vince recommended eating 30 eggs a day but this is way to much egg whites and would have to be balanced with glycine and coffee.

protein is a meme , you only need 1g per kg of bodyweight, so around 80g for most guys
you dont need 200g+ a day

i eat 150g protien its very thermogenic and keeps me warm and helps me build muscle. 200gram+ is a meme yes
