You get a shit ton of nutrients from the yolk fat, whey protein contains tons of tryptophan which is the precursor to serotonin which will cause inflammation... not healthy for long term consumption.. will lead to gut issues and perhaps worse muscular quality than eating eggs. better yet you can blend the eggs in a protien shake, my personal raw egg protien shake recipeI'm just gonna take my protien shake and get 60. no way im eating 12 eggs just for 64g

i eat 150g protien its very thermogenic and keeps me warm and helps me build muscle. 200gram+ is a meme yesprotein is a meme , you only need 1g per kg of bodyweight, so around 80g for most guys
you dont need 200g+ a day
