To get to 10% body fat, which option is better?

i mean u get more nutrients w 2200. u also build muscle differently doing calisthenics vs weight lifting. so i thought maybe it’d work in a similar way losing weight w cardio v. not eating. maybe eating 2200 would keep metabolism higher long term

This is true if your also tryna build muscle etc but if your tryna reach 10% quickly js water fast or starve it worked for me and you can put in less work which saves you more time in the long run
