i mean u get more nutrients w 2200. u also build muscle differently doing calisthenics vs weight lifting. so i thought maybe it’d work in a similar way losing weight w cardio v. not eating. maybe eating 2200 would keep metabolism higher long termis 1kg of steel or feathers heavier ahh post
