Pretty much the same for me. I eat only breakfast on weekdays (OMAD) and on weekends I eat breakfast and lunch .

Some days I starve myself and then eat a massive amount on others. Today I ate 2 large pieces of pot roast, a bowl of chicken, some tuna, one duck egg, a bowl of mixed raw nuts, 4 bowls of oats, some dried tomato pieces, two sweet peppers, 20 g collagen
