Have around 1 breakfast meal of ~500-600 calories, a smaller meal of around 500 calories,

And then a big meal of 1000 calories. Satisfies cravings and isn’t hard to follow.

most human males need around 2500 calories to maintain, going under 2000 calories will probably make you lose muscle (I don’t know your exact size so idk what to give you for exact numbers).

Make sure to hit .8*bw in pounds in protein too
