Muh nutrients just make sure your getting a decent chunk of protein and not starve maxxing, maybe at the max have a protein shake in case. People be making this too complicated I got results from just doing this. I tried nutrition tracking and it just made me hate life

Just eat a lot of carbs and protein. Drink a lot of milk too.

Just eat the exact same thing everyday and see if you're gaining weight
