Chicken beef and fish is easy protein.bro once u get 70g protein down, eating 130g of protein more isnt that hard.
eating 250g of protein is hard but half of it through meat is very manageable. but yeah 70g of protein from these sources should be fine
also to be noted chemical protein IS NOT real animal protein.
yes do that
ive eaten raw chicken and im still here
ive consumed raw eggs 1000s of times and im here.
What about all the plastic pipes it goes through when being milkedprocessed + pasteurized/UHT milk does, yes. that shit is equivalent to some pufa heavy oils + talc rock
yes raw milk is 10000% different from chemical crap u buy in stores.
raw milk has none of those crap and in fact increases ur t from all that good fat
chicken especiallyChicken beef and fish is easy protein.
Cut the chicken fat off with scissors, add some cheese or butter on the side.chicken especially
just 750g of chicken is enough to get u like 200ish grams
Although chicken has pufa, it is the choice with budget constraints. They made steak and meat very expensive. It is what it is
Raw milk sellers and small time farmers use their hands, but I guess that can’t be negated sadlyWhat about all the plastic pipes it goes through when being milked
Yeah but chicken innately still has some PUFA, even if u remove the skin.Cut the chicken fat off with scissors, add some cheese or butter on the side.
the most redundant thing ive heard all day long.raw milk is for ogres enjoy your premature hair loss hahahah
I ain't eating raw eggs nigga, and can't get raw milk where I'm atcalories dont matter as much but im posting them regardless for curiouscels
everyday u need to consume:
1 litre of RAW MILK - 660 calories - 33g protein 47g carbs 35g fat
At least 50grams of RAW unsalted butter (wealthy families in normandy etc before 1920s consumed 20kgs butter/person. u can do it too) - 391 calories - 0 protein 0 carbs 42.6g fat
6 eggs RAW (basically eggnog) - 378 calories (6 eggs) - 36g protein 1.8g carbs 25.2g fat
consuming these 3 everyday will give u
1429 calories - 69g protein 48.8g carbs 102.8g fat
the rest of ur protein needs - be it 200g or 250g or 170g, u can just subtract and eat whatever meat u want.
the rest of ur carb needs - eat them from fruit, preferably in season fruit
btw this is not high FAT. this is the basic minimum fat consumption u need to do to be a proper functioning human with all working hormones. UR BODY needs fat to produce all ur hormones. eat them.
Copemilk gives me explosive DYAREAAAAA

so do you drink milk?
u fkn joke, the whole point of eating a food is making sure it is full of its mironutrients and actual good properties which only comes with it being raw.good thread but asking for it to be RAW is too much of a hassle
regular 1%/full fat milk is fine
kerrygold grass fed butter is good
pasture raised eggs are good, cooked sunny side up is best for preserving the yolks to eat it raw, but scrambled is fine too (the heat only destroys some of the proteins). i used to do alot of whole raw eggs in my protien shakes but i realized the raw egg whites may be troublesome, since it binds biotin leading to possible deficiency, now i just do raw egg yolks in my shakes instead of the whole egg
hell noregular 1% full fat milk is fine
dont be superficial everywhere i go you are asking for reactsso many greycels reading this thread. rep me niggas or participate in the discussion
