Following up on x69's T-boost post.
You eat this everyday, you WILL feel like a man, I promise
"Meat and eggs"
Not the cucked american recipe (bacon n eggs)
Ingredients:
300-500 grams minced beef or lamb ORGANIC AND LOCAL SOURCED ONLY
3-5 ORGANIC LOCAL SOURCED WHOLE EGGS
1 Tbsp Butter/Coconut oil/Animal Lard
Salt and pepper
Tabasco sauce (optional)
Flatbread
Mint/olives (optional)
Instructions:
Heat the iron pan (duh)
Throw one tbsp of butter/coconut oil/ animal fat in there. DON'T USE INFLAMMATORY HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OILS LIKE CANOLA AND CORN!
Wait till that shit melts completely and starts bubbling
Throw in the mincemeat
Slowly stir the mincemeat
When the hue of the mincemeat is beginning to turn from pink to red, quickly crack 3-5 eggs and throw them in there. Use a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5.
Stir the egg yolk/egg white much like you would with scrambled eggs. Make sure it mixes perfectly with the meat
Add some salt and black pepper
Flip the mixture and look underneath. When the eggs begin to harden and coagulate, turn off the gas
-You don't want the egg protein to harden too much!!!
Throw that shit into a plate and add some Tabasco hot sauce (or any hot sauce for that matter). You can also add mint leaves and olives
You can either eat it with flatbread or with your hands, like a real arab
