eating after taking 80mg of furosemide

I’m off 80mg since 3/4 hours, i took 40 at 13:00 and another 40 4 hours ago.
i’m starving, almost like an african kid. if i eat something, low sodium, like sushi, could it reverse the effects of lasix and bloat me again?
