Unless you have a very good hormonal profile you wont see shit. I wasted 2 years doing this and only saw very little results. A little bit strength gain, maybe 1 or 2% less bodyfat. I have average T levels. Would have gotten the same results in maybe 2 months bulking and 2 months cutting. Dont waste your time with this myth of body recomposition, instead lean bulk with 2 pounds of weight gain per months, and after you reach a decent size, cut properly
