Every time I made an anti carb thread on incels.is or here people would get mad and be like "durr hurr low iq".

Society has been brainwashed to eat carbs then speak out against anyone saying otherwise.

there is something called a middle ground. eat less than you burn, small amount of carbs before/around training + minimal added fats in diet + make sure u hit protein requirements = all u need to know really.

I made an entire thread on debloating where I mentioned how carbs are terrible for your asthetics but like you said everyone shit on it lmao.

No carb diet is really fucking hard though it's a tasteless diet. Notice all foods you enjoy contain salt, carbs, or fat. Protein in itself is tasteless to the human brain which is why you either cover it in seasoning (salt), bread crumb coat it (carbs) or make sure it has tons of fat (like steak).

The average person isn't eating a balanced diet, they are eating cereal, bread, snacks that are carb heavy. This is why depression is so high. Our diets are depriving our bodys of nutrients.

I agree a balanced diet can be good BUT the carb heavy diets of the 21st century are not.

The burger buns are bread, the chicken is covered in bread crumbs, all meals are served with fries, the meat its processed and has god knows what in it. Hardly meat. Tricky subject tbh.

I honestly don't understand why I bloat way harder than everyone else from carbs. It might be that I have no bones in my face, and so I look bloated more easily than others. Or it could be that there's no fat under my eyes, meaning when I get water retention under there it looks way worse than a normal persons because it looks puffy from being inflated like a water balloon. Or it could be hypothyroidism (I have hormonal issues) that I should get checked out.

No carb diet makes me look pretty good but it's hard to maintain. What do you eat to stay lean?

That sucks bro :/ i'd suggest not stopping cold turkey with junk food but slowly stop. For example from 3 bad meals a week to 2 etc. And it's worth it looking into healthier versions of those foods.
