i do not follow a completely defined diet plan. I just avoid abusing carbs and saltYep I noticed this too.
I honestly don't understand why I bloat way harder than everyone else from carbs. It might be that I have no bones in my face, and so I look bloated more easily than others. Or it could be that there's no fat under my eyes, meaning when I get water retention under there it looks way worse than a normal persons because it looks puffy from being inflated like a water balloon. Or it could be hypothyroidism (I have hormonal issues) that I should get checked out.
No carb diet makes me look pretty good but it's hard to maintain. What do you eat to stay lean?
