Yes. Unless you eat more than 10 eggs you should leave the Yolk, removing it is a gymcelling cope started by some subhuman. Without it they taste like shit, try them with the yolk and you'll see how tasty they are. It is also the most nutritious part because it is rich of good fats and vitamins

Eat omelet like that together with bread (eggs is not really tasty to eat without bread). Everything taste better with carbs

One tip that numbs the taste is chilli drops. In general if you make food spicy enough, you cant really taste it.

Just drink them raw. If you don't crush the yolk, they have no taste. If you care about vitamins, cooking destroys then anyway, and only yolk has them, so it's pretty silly to leave it out.
