Eating high carb is the best thing you can do for your free T

Eating low carb, high protein (carnivore) will lead to womens levels SHBG and very low free T.
All the time I thought I dont get enough sleep, or vitamin D or shit like that when I should have just eat more rice and potatoes.

My free when going 50g Carbs a day was 100 pg/ml. (Low, but I still consumed carbs every now and then. A carnivore diet gives you 60 pg/ml)
Now I that I eat high carb, I have 170 again. Face looks better, I feel better.

I'd say carb "bloating"
is different for everyone
and it also depends on gut flora
depends on how active you are

and it depends on what kind of carbs

Yeah but Im talking about free T only. Im bloated all the time, doesnt matter if low carb or high carb. But thats because my diet is not on point all the time (and I use creatine and minoxidil).
The higher your insulin sensitivity (lower carb intake), the higher your shbg and the lower your free T
