eating high protein and good sleep is sooooooooo underated for muscle building

I literally stopped training my biceps and triceps and quads for like 3 months now . and these bad boys are still beefy especially my biceps they're still wide and veiny

I eat a shit ton of protein and 9-10hours of sleep daily

I didn't mention training , cause for like 3 months I rarely trained and only ate and slept well and I lost little to no muscle 💪🏿
