Let’s get the obvious out of the way. Eating makes you fat and bloated.

Second, the action of eating in and of itself is disgusting.

There is literally no way to look good while eating. Sure you can train using cutlery and look smooth and effortless while cutting food, but the minute u open ur gaping mouth like a fat whale, even that split second that you do that, you will look horrible.
