Eating liver becomes a lot easier when you know how to marinate it

Acidity kills the bitter and almost grit like flavour of liver, here I used a red wine vinegar based marinade to do so very easy and cheap high nutrient yield food for calorie restriction

What’s your diet like?
Right now I’m cutting so mostly fish eggs chicken oats veges potatoes and fruit. Some dairy and honey too

For vitamins and other nutrients(vitamin C is sensitive to heat).
Squeezing some lemon over it makes more sense than eating it raw tbh unless you freeze then eat it

That's not how the raw carnivore diet is supposed to be - you only eat raw meat and organs.
