You can eat that at school. I'd wait til you get home to eat anything, so you can follow the primal diet. Eat breakfast and dinner but skip lunch. Eat as much as possible when you're not at school.

If you can keep your raw milk refrigerated somehow, you can drink that during the day. I don't know if you're in college or high school. For work and long commutes, I literally bought a travel cooler, so I can refrigerate my raw milk and raw turkey.

It's pretty easy to buy raw milk. In Europe, it's as cheap as water. In America, you can google it and have it be sent to your doorstep. But you don't have a job, so you'd need to ask your parents. You could try getting it person. I don't know your situation.
