Can yall rate and maybe add more methods for my plans as an 15 years old much love

Height:
-sprinting daily
- Healthier lifestyle in general (eating, how I spend my time, making sure I rest)


Physique
-Workout 5x a week
-EAT more than my maintance calorie(bulk)
-vitamin and supplement
-sleeping 8-9 hour a day
- eating clean food and no junkfood,no processed food
-sun exposure
-doing physical sport(swimming,bb,running)
don't eat micro plastic

Face:

skin
-skincare
-Diet and hydration
-washing daily
-tanning/sun exposure
-eat more fruit
-treatment with acne patch
