not really? everyone body type is different. so i cater to my body and what i need to eat
Yeah whole wheat is better for you than white bread and steak is of course good for protein, if you wanted to go super hardcore gymcel trying to get shredded you would ideally eat very little carbs and chicken as your protein source but steak and whole wheat tortillas is perfectly healthy.
