Eczema and acne

Going to the derm in a few weeks. Currently using hydrocortison and triamcinolone for eczema, while these do help, my eczema never fully goes away (I don't use these for more than a week). I feel like la roche posay cicaplast is making my acne worse too. Retinol 1% does fuck all for my acne. It's mainly on my forehead, started breaking out on my zygos too. Dupixent + accutane a good option? If the derm won't prescribe me accutane, I'll go to Italy or Spain to get it. Can't really use self tan now, Palecel till my acne and eczema get fixed.

Diet: 6 eggs, 200 grams of beef (both cooked in butter), 1kg of skyr, and some rice cakes, fruit and nuts everyday. Might eat some slop every now and then (small amounts).

Recently, I tried microdosing accutane (30mg/week) on my own, and even a dose this low eventually led to disrupted sleep cycles and headaches. You have to be careful with that stuff.

Yeah, it can definitely have some bad side effects, but I wanna give it a try. I want to fix my skin as much as possible before hardmaxxing. I don't want to walk around hardmaxxed with shit skin.

trust me dont worry ab the side effects the worst shi is having acne on ur face. I been on accutane for couple months and my skin is almost glass clear because of it

I am going to continue to use accutane at a low dose after the 6-9 months, probably 10 mg biweekly.

10mg is dumb because if you go low dosage your reoccurrence of acne coming back is extremely high opposed to a higher dose research this. I was given 80mg to be on for months
