im guessing its the first 2 because i eat like shit when i do eat and school is just self explanatory

go on a strict meat, fruit, cheese and potato diet for 2 months with plenty of saturated fats, ur eczema will vanish

you have to be very strict with it, i had eczema 10x worse than urs and it was the only thing that fixed it
