I have had a porn addiction for about 2 years now it used to be bad like i would jerk off 3 times a day every day. Now i only jerk off once a week, than my plan for next month is do it only 3 times, than 2 times for the next month than 1 time and than once every 2 months, etc, is this a effective way to quit?

I was raised in a very religious house hold, but none of it ever stuck, religon just seems too cucked to me, i have no interest in it, the only way I really see out of a porn addiction is to ascend to htn and get a girlfriend
