Lifting weights is awesome for how low commitment it is .. but it’s not fun

I only lift weights 2 times a week, after having lifted 3-4 times when I first started for about a year and a half

That’s really all you need as a natural lifter to maintain strength and physique

Literally just TWO times a week for 90 minutes each, to be way stronger and look better than the general population

And you’re not even lifting most of the time. Your sets should take a bit less than 1 minute, while your rest time is 3-4 minutes, for you to just browse on your phone

I’m not gonna be one of those people that tells you that it’s fun .. because it’s really not
