Effects of bulking on face

Ive heard that weight gain can often times actually ascend the face due to fat gain in areas like the under eye and upper eyelid, I was wondering what else it could help with too

It's worth it to bulk because even if it looks bad during the bulk you can just cut after and then get a better physique if you're working out during the cut.
