Finally not me not shitposting about pajeetmaxing or spamming my pics but writing a proper guide on how to effortlessly leanmax.

So first of all we have to identify how many calories you need to eat. To do that, take your body weight in pounds and multiply it by 15. That's your maintenance calorie intake. I found 500 calorie deficit gives you the best ROI so take out 500 from that number, that is how many calories you should be eating.

The second step is to walk 15-20k steps a day. Slow cardio is the best form of cardio because:
1) It will barely affect your muscle mass
2) It won't raise your hunger levels as much as other forms of cardio

Step three is to postpone your breakfast for 5-6 hours.

Some lifehacks to be less hungry:
1) Drink a lot of black coffee a day, especially when you are fasting
2) Drink a lot of diet coke or sparkling water to blunt your apetite
3) Have 2 small meals in the day and then 1 big meal at the dinner
4) When cutting try to cut weight training since it elevates hunger levels

With all these steps you can easily lose 1-1.5 pounds every week

I've already tried this method, i was walking 20k~25k steps a day and isn't really hard, the problem is that it takes so much time like 2~3 hours and you'll get bored instead of tired.

Also I might add, this along with nicotine and volume dense/low cal foods help a lot. I eat a protein dense icecream which is like 2 litres total and only 350 cals.

Why tf would I cut weight training when dieting? The point is to retain as much muscle as possible to look as good as possible at the end of your cut. I could understand cutting some training volume to help with recovery since you are not getting as many calories, but this is not what you are saying. You want to keep training volume and intensity as high as possible while cutting to maintain muscle.
