Hear me out, ONE egg shell is enough calcium for 2 days. Your daily value for calcium is 1000 mg and 1200 mg in adolescence, and one egg shell (quality grade) is 2200 mg of calcium! (specifically calcium carbonate). Lower grade shells have about 800 mg. So, if you pair 0.5 to 1 eggshell with vitamin D3 and K2, and mayyybeee hgh or mk if you'd like, you could have massive growth. Especially if you're an adolescent like me. The calcium would be the building blocks for your bones, the d3 would be the absorber (absorbs the calcium) and the k2 would direct the calcium to growth areas. This could be a cheap bone building stack for people who are on low budget. and you could pair this up with hgh or mk to speed up/ amplify the process. leading you to get taller and create better bone development

The bioavailability of calcium from calcium carbonate is higher as a powder. and calcium carbonate allows for better absorption than other calcium-fortification compounds, and 1000 mg of calcium carbonate is equivalent to 400 mg of elemental calcium. The body can absolutely use it. I suggest deleting your comment before it misleads people. It is bioavailable

Im a big fan of raw milk but the egg shell hate is crazy, just put one in your protein shake and it would literally taste like nothing. the chances of getting salmonella from the shell is 1 in 20,000. so if you eat one shell a day, in 54 years youll probably only get salmonella ONCE according to the stats. and salmonella is common and goes away after a week. id rather have salmonella and be jacked up on calcium then not.
