i have elastics on rn, my elastics are positioned like this:
i had it in for a few days and i saw some good improvement already, my jaw just looks better tbh (looks like its higher as well in a good way idk how to explain it im not too knowledgable with this stuff.)
my orthodontist told me i will wear it for around a month
