Title. I have experimented different dosages, times and what made a massive difference was diluting salt in water with a high potassium meal. Try it

give the exact dose
depends on your current activity level. I drink between 3 and 4 L of water and I sweat a lot. I just dilute in every meal 1 g of salt in 200 ml water
At the end of the day I have like 4/5 g of salt
Doing this + eating potatoes, cucumbers, avocado etc. It’s literally what’s giving me almost everyday the permadebloated look

wait wait wait, you put salt into water and drink it?
 
I have this potassium salt substitute that I’m putting in my energy drinks I can’t even taste it is this pretty much the same thing?
