Eat more fiber boys. Will make you more satiated, helps control your blood sugar levels and best of all speed up your metabolism. Make sure to get in at least 38g of fiber daily for optimal health. Don’t eat too much tho, prob a good idea to not go too high. Too much of a good thing can be bad afterall.
