This past month I've been eating large amounts of salmon, trout, eggs, chicken, etc and I feel no different than when I eliminated polyunsaturated fat. I might even be feeling better but you could chalk that up to the vitamin D. Obviously still avoid seed oils but maybe pufa isn't the devil like peaters would like you to believe.

I’ve also been smoking a pack a day the past month. I feel no different maybe a bit better but you could chalk that up to the nicotinic acid metabolite. Maybe smoking isn’t as big a deal as the FDA wants you to believe

If those types of food make up a large portion of your diet then that's still pretty good, even if they're high in PUFAs, since it's an animal-based diet, which is always the best course of action imo.

Are you eating fatty chicken or lean chicken? Conventional eggs? Are the fish wild caught?

Those foods are also high in protein and nutrients as well.

Yeah lean, wild caught fish, was going for cage free eggs they’re a good price compromise

Cage free doesn’t mean shit. They still eat corn and soy, and they don’t get any sunlight.

As for fish it shouldn’t be a problem if they are wild caught.

Any diet that restricts your ability to eat fish, eggs and chicken seems to me to be wrong definitionally, as it represents a large chunk of the food humans evolved to eat. With seed oils I think you can immediately feel the negative effects afterwards (irritability/inflamation), so you're probably correct on that note

PUFAs may cause free radicals through lipid peroxidation, and if you’d like to not age poorly than it’s best to stay away them.
